Energy Healing is very effective for most all people, that being said, please be aware that I cannot guarantee the success of your session due to a number of factors including your susceptibility, the fact that it's possible for you to undo the Healing work yourself by lowering your vibrational frequency as well as the fact that the mindset can play a large role in both allowing and blocking Energy Healing. It is very unlikely that the Energy Healing Session will not at least have some effect, however, due to these and other factors it cannot be guaranteed. By proceeding with your payment, you are accepting the risk that there will be no refund issued in the very unlikely event that the Energy Healing Session is not as successful as you had hoped it to be. If you would like a refund before services have been performed, you do have the option to cancel at least 24 hours prior your appointment time for a full refund. However, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time no refund shall be issued.

The services and products offered by Katie Stanley, Katie's Miracle, and Healing Spirit Transformative Healing are not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments. People with health concerns and/or serious conditions should consult their allopathic doctor. It is important not to have expectations about the outcome of receiving Energy Healing. Healing will take place though it may happen in an unexpected way.
I understand that Energy Healing is a natural, gentle energy technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Energy healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
I understand that the products offered and Energy Healing do not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.
I understand that Energy Healing can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial.
I acknowledge that long term energy imbalances in the body and Energy systems sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
I assume sole and complete, legal and otherwise, responsibility for my own health and for the results of any service or product provided by Katie Stanley, Katie's Miracle, and Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A that may affect my health and/or life in any way.
Energy Healing/Reiki/MQH sessions do not replace conventional, allopathic medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue with treatments prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her instructions.
I agree that my purchase of any service or product from Katie Stanley, Katie's Miracle, and Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A serves as my legal signature agreeing to the complete and total legal release of liability and I shall forever hold harmless Katie Stanley, Katie's Miracle, and Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A from any and all legal liability, of any kind, during and after my purchase and use of any product and of any service offered by Katie Stanley, Katie's Miracle, and Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A.
